A professional who pays great attention to detail, really believes in listening to her clients, and following through. Rosanna has lived in the Central Vancouver Island region for over 20 years, both on Gabriola Island and Nanaimo, and has raised her family here. She has personally bought and sold many properties over the years, and appreciates the importance and seriousness of helping clients do the same.
Before getting her real estate license in 2006, Rosanna focused 15 years of her career on developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in and for the city of Nanaimo. During her time with Tourism Nanaimo (the former Destination Marketing arm of the City), Rosanna played a key role in promoting Nanaimo as a tourism destination. Rosanna joined Coast Realty Group in 2006 and recently in 2015, after a merger with Royal LePage Nanaimo Realty, is now proud to be part of Royal LePage Nanaimo Realty
